The Blueberry Swizzle from Dr. Ian Smith's Super Shred Diet.  2 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries 6 ounces fat-free plain vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup apple juice (not from concentrate) 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and sliced 8 ice cubes 2 teaspoons honey  Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. This recipe makes multiple servings, drink only one at a time.
