Add the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
Coconut Smoothie with 35 grams of Protein and 1 gram of Sugar! It is low carb too with only 2 total carbs. 210 total cals making it a good meal replacement shake if needed. As a diabetic, I'm always looking for something sweet and healthy which won't jack up my blood sugar. This is delicious.
