Mini-Peach Crisps - Foodie Recipe - American Diabetes Association  MK Note:  For the topping, I mixed the dry ingredients and sprinkled it on the peaches and cooked for 25 minutes. In the interim, I took 2 T Smart Balance w/1/2 T cinnamon and melted it in the microwave. Poured over oats and put back in oven for 5 minutes.  I also leave the skin on the peaches - they carmelize and make it sweeter!
