1 banana mashed up with about 1 tablespoon of skim milk mixed together with 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 scoop of vanilla almond designer whey protein, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 20 semi sweet chocolate chips. I microwave it for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, stop it to mush down anything that may have started to puff up over the side of the bowl, and microwave it for another 3 minutes. It comes out with a mug-cakey like texture…
