Press Moss Eyecolor onto the eyelid using the Wet/Dry Shadow Brush.  Define eyes by applying Big & Bright Eyeliner in Charcoal to upper and lower lash lines.  Tip: Create a smoky effect by using the Heavenly Liner Blending Brush to frame lower lash line with Moss Eyecolor.
