Spicy Venison Pasta and Cheese 1 lb grnd venison 1 can Beef Broth 1 1/3 cups water 2 cups uncooked medium shell-shaped pasta 1 can Condensed Cheddar Soup 1 cup Picante Sauce 1.Cook the venison in a skillet over med-high heat til well browned, stirr often. Pour off fat. 2.Stir in broth and waterand heat to a boil. add pasta. Reduce heat to med. Cook for 10 minutes or until the pasta is tender, stirring often. 3.Stir in the soup and picante sauce and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling
This is Hamburger Stew. Us po' folks grew up on this stuff. Amazing how good it really is. We do not use rice or celery and instead of water we use chicken broth. Plus as you can see we threw in peas, carrots and green beans! You can loosely follow this recipe and get a great stew like mine.
