This works great!! It tinted my dead skin blue, so when I wiped it off after soaking, I just wiped until all the blue was gone. I waited for my feet to dry before putting lotion on them and I didn't even need lotion they were so smooth.

Cracked Heel Remedy Combine 2 cups of hydrogen peroxide and 2 cups of hot water in a foot soak. Sit for a full 30 minutes with your heels completely immersed in the solution. Completely dry your feet and immediately use the foot file or pumas stone to removed the dead skin. The article calls for white vinegar but I think Briggs Apple Cider Vinegar would be better, especially if you have toenail fungus or athletes foot. Unfiltered, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar is a great anti-fungal.
