Roasted red pepper tomato basil soup, from re-pin--I was short on the red peppers so I did half red peppers and then some crushed red pepper.  I also used stewed tomatos instead of diced.  I pulsed in the food processor three times and it was a great consistency for soup.  I also used 2% milk instead of whipping cream.  Good recipe, fast and easy (the crushed red pepper made it spicy.)
