CROSS RIB ROAST 2 lbs cross-rib roasts 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons minced garlic 2 teaspoons dried thyme 1 teaspoon dried rosemary 1 tablespoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil Roast meat at 450 for 15 minutes Reduce heat to 350 and cook for 40 o 60 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 125.
2-3 lb cross rib roast 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 3 tablespoons A1 steak sauce 1 table spoon Worcestershire sauce Cook on low for 8 hours- YUM
Yes! Here it is! I actually made this maybe about 4 or 5 months ago and it was delicious. I bought another roast yesterday and thought I lost this recipe and started panicking, thank goodness I found it again. Pinning now and forever!
