I've been craving the Japanese/Taiwanese style "可麗餅" crispy crepes for a long time, you know, the type you can find in the night markets in Taiwan.  When I had it in Montreal a few years back, I almost cried!  (Café Crêpes in Vancouver offer similar selections but I find it not crispy enough and too pricy for the quality of the food. )  I've always thought in order to make a good, crispy crepe one has to have one of those expensive and heavy (I used to set up the crepe station at work)...
