Jiffy cornbread corn casserole. I was so disappointed as this recipe was raved about. But it was kind of blah. I would make again but only with changes. Do not drain the corn. I would also add cooked onions and a can of green chiles. Add pepper jack cheese vs. cheddar to it if you want it spice it up. So it could be a quickie version of Mexican cornbread.
