February 16, 1895: Alabama formally adopts a state flag for the first time. The legislature dictated "a crimson cross of St. Andrew upon a field of white," which was the design submitted by John W. A. Sanford, Jr., who also sponsored the bill. This flag remains Alabama's flag today.

Scream is a Bolliger & Mabillard Floorless Coaster at the Six Flags Magic Mountain amusement park in Valencia, California, USA. The ride is located in the Colossus County Fair area of the park and was the park's 16th roller coaster. The ride consists of a series of roller coaster elements including seven inversions ranging from a zero-g roll to interlocking corkscrews.
