Chinese Chicken and Corn Soup Made this: marinaded the chopped chicken first in a sesame oil/lite soy glaze. Also used egg whites only (3) and matchstick chopped mushrooms. Did one can of creamed corn and one of regular sweet kernels. All worked just fine!
