CEBOLLAS CARAMELIZADAS - Rehogar en manteca y oliva, cebollas cortadas en pluma. Hacerlo a fuego bajo . Cuando ablandan un poco, agregar, 1 ó 2 cucharadas de azúcar ( puede ser rubia), y un chorro de aceto balsámico. Cocinar hasta que tomen buen color. Como guarnición, en una bruschetta, acompañando el jamón de un sandwich ... siempre imbatibles !!!
ok we tried these tonight and they are so good when you first take them out of the oven - but after a few minutes it seems like they got sweeter and sweeter...won't be making these again....Garlic Roasted Cherry Tomatoes (Any recipe that suggests eating them over the sink with a fork is worth trying)
