Shrimp and Grits Dressing -- 1 lb peeled, medium-size raw shrimp; 3 C chicken broth; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp ground red pepper; 1 C uncooked regular grits; 1/2 C butter; 3 large eggs, lightly beaten; 1 red bell pepper, diced; 1 C fine, dry breadcrumbs; 1 C chopped vidalia onion; 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese.
