Edith Rewa’s work was suggested to me by a friend and I found her to be a big inspiration - her hand drawings and fabric designs really resonate with me and my illustration work. I love how in this work she has taken one of her intricate illustrations of Australian native flowers, which on its own is reminiscent of old time botanist etchings, and places it into a contemporary design context.
