Condensed Milk Cookies. These are chocolate chip cookies made with sweetened condensed milk. Let me tell you, I made these and I think I have died a gone to heaven. They are truly amazing! Crisp on the outside yet soft on the inside. The perfect cookie! In fact, I think I'll go eat another one right now. lol
condensed milk cookies/180g unsalted butter, softened (2/3 c) 1/3 c caster (superfine) sugar 1/2 c sweetened condensed milk 1 1/2 c self raising flour Pinch salt 1 1/2 c choco chips // 180 C (350 F)Using an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar. Beat in the condensed milk Add flour and salt, and mix on a low speed until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Roll tablespoons of the dough into balls, place on the lined trays and flatten with your hand. Bake 10 – 15 min
