Community First Responders are everyday members of the public, fully trained by the ambulance service to respond to 999 calls from the ambulance control room. The aim is to reach the patient with four or five minutes while the ambulance is en route. They have a full kit to help maintain life, including defibrillator for serious heart conditions.
Help us send a paracord "survival" bracelet in every care package we ship to deployed troops, emergency first responders and new recruits graduating from boot camp! (Students can earn Community Service hours for making and donating these bracelets!)
