The NBA imposes millions of dollars worth of fines on it's players but where does this money go? According to the league's collective bargaining agreement, the money goes to charities chosen by the NBA and the National Basketball Players Association. But the league has declined to disclose the names of any of the charities that get the  fine money. In fact Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, who has been fined thousands in the past, told CNNMoney that he has no idea where the money ends up.

School-based activities this week are helping to involve and inform the community of the risk they say Government-driven changes pose to education.  Also on teachers minds is the collective bargaining which has pushed them back into paid union meetings.  Mrs Stuart, who is also the principal of May Road School in Mt Roskill, says it is the Government that has stymied negotiations.
