Cake Batter Ice Cream - Cold Stone Creamery Copycat Recipe 1 pint heavy cream 1 c. milk (I used 2%) 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. dry yellow box cake mix (you could also make your own instead of using a box) 2 t. vanilla extract pinch of turmeric* (optional, however, it doesn't add flavor but gives the ice cream it's deep cream color) Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until mixture is smooth. Chill mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Then put in ice cream maker.
