cleaning stover burners & grates using amonia. Place grate in large zip lock bag then sprinkle amonia in with it. It is not necessary to cover the grate as it is just the fumes that strip the grease and burnt on grime. Place the baggie on a cookie sheet and put outside. Leave overnight or longer. Never mix amonia with any other cleaner especially if it has bleach as toxic gases with result.
