Turkey Meatloaf ~ ground turkey, salsa (mild, medium, or hot), bread crumbs, eggs, garlic, salt and pepper, chopped parsley; combine ingredients, press into loaf pan, bake until done, let stand a few minutes, serve and enjoy!
