Circus Circus, Las Vegas, 1977. This is not a horror movie still, but a scene designed to attract the business of actual families in 1970s Las Vegas. The clown is Blinko, hired by the resort as ambassador of goodwill, strolling the midway, greeting guests and inflating balloons for children. Blinko (Ernie Burch) retired from Circus Circus in 1990 and was honored by hotel officials and fellow performers.
