Christmas Pavlova: estandar.-6 claras, 2tazas azucar, 6 cditas de maicena. 3 cditas vinagre. 1 cdita de vainilla. Batir las claras e ir agregando poco a poco el azucar hasta terminar, luego agregar la maicena, vainilla y vinagre. BATIR 10 minutos mas. ponerlo en una bandeja con papel parshment, forma  (preferiblemente redonda torre y un hueco en el centro) o esa. Precalient15 minutos a 107ºC(ó 225º en F ).Hornee por 2 horas sin abrir. luego apague el horno y deje enfriar adentro sin abrirlo.
