These spring rolls are so easy and even more delicious. Start with the chicken. Slice up a couple of breasts and put them into a bowl. Add some freshly minced garlic, some vegetable oil, soy sauce and toasted sesame oil. Toss to coat, cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
