DEEP DISH SKILLET PIZZA If you've never used your cast iron skillet to make pizza, you're in for a real treat!! It's like Chicago style deep dish pizza. I also folded the crust over a sliver of mozz cheese to make it STUFFED CRUST!! You HAVE to make this!!
insane_pizza So I didn't do this exactly the same. I just browned my meats and layered them with cheese between the layers. I also used ham instead of bacon and added a layer of caramelized onion and a layer of pineapple. I didn't add quite enough sauce and just folded over the crust instead of adding a top crust. Baked for 40 minutes on 350 and then 20 minutes on 400, my husband likes his dark so watch that last baking time and adjust to your preference.
