May 30, 1943 Gale Sayers, the youngest player ever to be elected to the Football Hall of Fame was born. A 1st Round Pick(Chicago Bears), Mr Sayers was a 4x Pro Bowler, 5x All Pro selection, 1965 NFL Rookie of the Year, 3× Pro Bowl MVP, 2× NFL Rushing champion, scored an NFL record 22 touchdowns (as a rookie) & tied a single game record for touchdowns (6).
