Chester A Arthur - Not only was Chester A. Arthur a very sharp dresser (he owned over 80 pairs of pants) but he often took late night strolls around D.C. with friends, not returning home until 3 or 4 in the morning.

Apparently I am related to this guy on my father's side. Chester Arthur - Twenty-First President of the United States (1881-1885). He was known to be a fashionable man. He actually does resemble my father.
