Weight Plate Workout: i didn't count the reps because honestly i think they are exaggerated... but that's only because my goal is to put on muscle mass, for people who try to loose weight this would be a good one. I did a circuit style 60 sec on x 6 rounds for each exercise. I really liked it, the perfect low impact sculpting workout.
