The new titles this week include "Red Notice: A True Story of High Finance, Murder, and One Man's Fight for Justice," "Attached: The New Science of Adult Attachment and How It Can Help YouFind?and Keep?Love," and "The Pioneer Woman Cooks: Come and Get It! Simple, Scrumptious Recipes for Crazy Busy Lives."

Queen Charlotte: Known to many as the first Black Queen of England, Queen Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, was married to King George III. Although many argue over Queen Charlotte’s ambiguous racial background, it was discovered that she was a direct descendant of Margarita de Castro y Sousa, a Black branch of the Portuguese Royal family.

Osborne moves over from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Planning Department, where she was a long-range planning coordinator. Prior to that, she was a transportation planner at the Charlotte Department of Transportation and a city planner in Jackson, Miss.
