Chick-Fil-A Carrot Raisin Salad: 4 cups fresh carrots, finely shredded, 1 can (20oz) crushed pineapple with juice, 1 cup raisins (I use golden and like it better), 3/4 cup mayo, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice. **Chill all ingredients except sugar. Dissolve sugar in pineapple. Combine everything gently in a large bowl. Roughly 8 servings. For best taste, eat within 72 hours. What little bit we hadn't eaten by then still tasted good a day or 2 after the 72 hour mark. :)
