So far I would have to say this is the hardest workout I have ever done. The program is advertised as, "With INSANITY you focused on improving your cardiovascular endurance and on total body conditioning. If you want to become an elite athlete or just improve your game, THE ASYLUM is your winning strategy." It definitely stands up to its advertisements. I haven't given up yet, it's only a 30 day program so I will stick with it and give it my best.
- A boot-camp-style regimen is known to be hard core but ideal for those who thrive on intensity. If you're drawn to cross training but could do without the drill sergeant, try boxing—it's high-intensity and crazy challenging but a bit more fun. Results include muscle definition, improved cardiovascular endurance and overall coordination and balance. It's also killer on the abs in place of tedious crunches.Classes we love: Title Boxing Club, Aerospace, Dogpound, Gotham Gym, Prevail.
Spin classes are NO JOKE! They are afun way to really improve your cardiovascular endurance meet new like-minded people in class and really take charge of your life by working on your physical health. Getting fit takes many forms....there is no one size fits all which makes it such an enjoyable endeavor. Not sure what form of fitness you should pursue?
