Enhancing physical fitness is a never ending process, in that regard, I continue to perform on a regular basis, my favorite exercises; overhead triceps extension, triceps kickback, lying reverse crunches, side plank, front plank and so many more. Education in Health and Fitness is a necessity and paramount to everyone. My goal is to enhance all aspect of physical fitness; muscle endurance, strength, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance and lean body mass.
