What's on the CAP-The Certified Authorization Professional, or CAP, certification is an objective measure of the knowledge, skills, and abilities that are required for personnel involved in the process of authorizing and maintaining information systems. The CAP exam consists of 7 domains each divided into key areas of knowledge.
IAAP: Recertification is required every five years to keep their professional certification status. Points are earned in the categories of continuing Education, Other Certifications, and Leadership. A total of 60 points are required every five years.
