Slow Cooker Spinach & Artichoke Dip 28 oz canned artichoke hearts:drained, chopped 10 oz frozen spinach:thawed, squeezed dry 8 oz sour cream 2 cloves garlic 3/4 c grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 c milk 1/2 c crumbled feta cheese 1/3 c mayo 1 T red wine vinegar 1/4 Tsp black pepper 8 oz cream cheese cubed Combine all ingredients except cream cheese. Top with cream cheese.Cover and cook on low for 2 hrs.Uncover and stir until cream cheese is well combined. Cover and cook on high heat for 15 min.
