butter for frying 1 can refrigerated biscuits. Peel each biscuit into two halves. Place each half on the griddle. Fry until the biscuit is golden brown - you'll see the "cooked" just at the very edge of the bottom of the biscuit. Flip and fry the other side. (If you don't pull them into halves, they'll end up gooey inside.)
