I am LOVING this app. So easy to scan food labels to quickly add the nutrition information. If you have a heart rate monitor, its fast to add your workout and calories burned. I'm waiting to see how well this combo works before investing in a body bugg.

Crockpot Beef Broccoli Recipe I made this for my family tonight and another similar recipe used Chuck Roast I suggest not using the roast as it shredded. I would suggest using maybe skirt steak. We served it over Brown Rice. I entered the recipe in to the calorie counting app I use and it is only 299 calories! Not bad!
