It may make me a nerd, but someday I would like to build my own house made of earthbags. I know it does not seem conventional but that does not matter to me. I like the qualities they posses and the imagination it would take to furnish and fill such a place. This is one of the designs that pique my curiosity.

If you'd like to construct your own, to ensure that your clothes are funneled smoothly, weld sheet metal together to create a ramp, or use lengths of extra-large PVC pipe to form a tube that ends in your laundry room.
