Brown Sugar Fudge 1 Can of Regular Eagle Brand sweetened condensed Milk (must be Eagle Brand) 2 cups of well packed Brown Sugar 1 cup of butter 1. Place all the ingredients in a 2.2l (2 quart) microwave safe mixing bowl and microwave on high for 10 minutes, stir every 2 minutes. 2. Beat with a mixer on a medium speed for 5 minutes. 3. Spread mixture on to a parchment lined 2l (8x8) square pan. Chill to set and cut into squares. Within a hour of being in the fridge the fudge is ready to cut.
