Classic Broccoli Salad ~ Combine 1 head chopped broccoli, 1/4 cup chopped red onion & 1/2 cup raisins. In a small bowl, whisk together 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar, 2 Tbsp sugar & 1 cup mayonnaise.
