Here's a look at how I made Merida's arrow quiver! I used a cardboard shipping tube ($3 at Staples) $.99 craft foam and leftover faux leather fabric from when I cosplayed as Astrid from HTTYD a couple years ago. I cut out the foam into strips and into a Celtic knot design glued it to the tube and covered it with the fabric using hot glue and a chopstick to press the fabric into the holes.
