I grew up eating bowls of rice swimming in creamy, sweet milk. This recipe is simply that. For a more subtle cinnamon flavor, cook the rice with a cinnamon stick. A pat of butter during cooking add richness. My favorite milk combination is evaporated milk mixed with whole milk. I eat this now for dessert!
