Only changes I made: replace heavy cream with half and half and next time I make it I will only use half of the salt. Also DO NOT skip the fresh basil! It is very important and SO yummy and if you are feeling extra special, grate your own parmesan. It is out of this world! Trust me!!
TRIED: tortilla pizzas- bake tortilla at 400 directly on rack for 3 mins, take out add sauce and toppings- bake another 5 mins directly on oven rack. I liked the turkey sauce but i think i want to try others. Next time I'l buy cheese already grated too.
