Garlic Butter Broccoli Broccoli ( fresh or thawed from frozen) 20 oz 2 Tablespoons of Butter or Margarine 1 Clove of Garlic Minced Black Pepper Salt Instructions Cook broccoli in salted boiling water till tender ( about 5 minutes) – drain. In a pan melt butter and add garlic and cook for about 2 minutes + add broccoli and toss. Garnish with pepper.
Cheesy Velveeta Broccoli Soup 1 Cup Carrots chopped 1 Cup Celery chopped 2 Cups Broccoli chopped 6-8 Cups Chicken Broth 1 16 oz brick of Velveeta Cheese 1/2 cup butter 1/4 C Flour pepper to taste Boil veggies in chicken broth until tender about 10-20 minutes. Add butter and flour. Add Velveeta cubed mix together until smooth. May add more chicken broth for desired consistency. Soup will thicken as it cools.
