Perfectly Hard Boiled Eggs; absolutely PERFECT. Peeled so easy too. Put eggs in pot, cover with 1" of water. Add 1 tbsp of salt and cover. Bring to a boil, turn off heat but KEEP POT ON BURNER. Set timer for 19 minutes. When 19 min are up, place in ice bath or in a bowl under running water for 5 min. Refrigerate and enjoy! 5/5
