Omelet in a bag. FB fan's recipe: Boil water. In a zip lock bag crack as many eggs (mostly 1 or 2 for children). Throw in cheese, onions, peppers, spinach, tomatoes....anything from the garden plus 1 tbsp of water. Place the bag in boiling water & cook for as long as it takes so the middle is not soggy.

Omelettes In A Bag For a couple of years, we rented a house for the weekend with my Mom's family. One of my Aunt's started this fun breakfast tradition. They are a great idea to use for slumber parties. kids love making and eating them. The web site does warn about boiling zip lock bags, but we never had a problem with them melting.
