Diy Beach waves: 1 cup warm water, 1 tbsp sea salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1tsp coconut oil, 1tsp gel, and a couple squirts of my favorite perfume.  The baking soda helps give it more volume. Lemon juice helps lighten it. Towel scrunch your hair after spraying it in. Make sure to get on your roots. Then I gathered in the most natural messy bun way at the top of my head and let it dry with a hair clip.

South Beach Diet P1 Peanut Butter Muffins from Food.com: ½ cup egg white ¼ cup ground flax seeds ¼ cup ground almonds ¼ cup granular Splenda ½ cup natural-style peanut butter ¼ cup ricotta cheese 1 tsp vanilla   1 tsp baking soda Preheat oven to 350°F Melt peanut butter in microwave for 1 minute until smooth Mix all ingredients together Pour into mini muffin cups (24 cup tray) and bake 15 mins.

South Beach Diet Bacon Egg Muffins - quick and easy, I usually make enough for 1-2 weeks, refrigerate half and freeze half.  Then in the mornings just grab one, microwave for a minute, and go!
