Crock Pot BBQ Beef Roast ~ 2 – 2 1/2 lb. beef chuck roast 1/4 C. BBQ sauce 1/4 C. ketchup 2 T. light brown sugar 1/4 C. apple cider vinegar 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1 T. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. chili powder

Pulled beef in crockpot...this sounds so good right now. Cooked 2 1/2 lb. from frozen. About 45 mins on high and 5or 6 more hours on Low. Shredded and put back in sauce. Great make ahead for next day recipe. Also cooked a 3 lb. round roast thawed in crock for 6 hours on high. I cut it in half first. Used Sonny's sweet BBQ sauce and it was better than first one.
