The much loved banana toffee pie made even simpler in cute little individual cups! With layers of digestive biscuit crust, dulce de leche, banana slices and whipped cream, this no-bake “pie” is dangerously delicious and a cinch to make!
This pie … is so amazing. It’s probably one of my best creations to date. And you know that I make A LOT of raw desserts, right? :) I first tried it in Bangkok, in a raw vegan restaurant called Rasayana Retreat (I really recommend going there if you are in Bangkok!). And since my first bite I just knew that I’ll want to recreate it as soon as possible. So when we came back from Thailand I immediately went to work. | http://shinewithnature.com/raw-banoffee-pie/
Classic Banoffee Pie Recipe - This homemade banoffee pie is one of our favourite desserts here at Carnation. This is our classic recipe using Carnation Condensed Milk to make a golden caramel and a crushed biscuit base. It’s an impressive party piece and an ever-popular dessert, but it’s also easy to make. <br> You can make it too! Click for the recipe »
