found this recipe last week when I had mushy bananas and plain greek yogurt I had to use up...I subbed 1/4 of the flour (so 1/2 cup per loaf) for wheat germ because I had no ww flour and I wanted it healthier...it turned out SO yummy and moist. I've made 4 loaves since and hubby wants more to take to work and share, lol  I also added some cinnamon (I can't bake without it!)
